"There's no need to negotiate for your safety, Doctor Grace," Stratt says sternly. "I can assure you, after saving the world, you will be looked after."
"Um, no," he says, shaking his head. "I'm not negotiating for my safety." He steps aside. “I’m negotiating for theirs.”
They walk into the light of the open doorway; Simon, squinting hard against the vivid sun with his hand raised to shield his eyes and Rocky, who chirps a casual "Hello, humans!" with a wave.
There’s a gasp; someone takes a step backward; one of the military personnel raises their rifle slightly.
Grace doesn’t have eyes for them - he only looks at Stratt.
And he decides, then and there, to replace the image of Stratt’s face sending him to his death, full of remorse and sadness, with the one in front of him: utter, complete disbelief.

Summary
Shortly after the Hosu incident, Shouto shows up on Aizawa's doorstep in the middle of the night, uncertain and with no one else to turn to. Without evidence to convict Endeavor and the gnawing danger of the Todoroki household, Aizawa takes Shouto in as his apprentice to keep him out of his father's reach until a more permanent settlement can be arranged.
Endeavor won't get away with what he did to his family. Not if Aizawa has anything to say about it.

Summary
If she had pigtails, he would be tugging them.
This is shameful enough in and of itself even if you don't consider the fact that the gray in his hair and beard isn't for show. That he feels his years more often than not on cold mornings when the humidity plays havoc with the shoulder that had acted up since he'd tore it in high school, that he expects rather than shocks when he's called sir when he's making bulk purchases at Michaels or picking up his groceries, that he hasn't felt young in a very long time.
Because Mark hasn't. And he doesn't. But ever since she walked in on the first day of summer session, interrupting what should’ve been a relatively calm and routine ice breaker with an impassioned, slight unhinged, and unanticipated rant, a force of nature wrapped up in pixie eyes, frizzy, black brown bangs, and a death grip on a plastic shot glass, he’d been drunk on her like a teenager. Hooked on her like an addict. Hypnotized by her like a man.
