Just for the hell of it, Minho asks, “Do you think cereal is a soup?”
“I have to admit, I was expecting ‘do you come here often’ or ‘did it hurt when you fell from heaven and came to earth,’” Newt says, “Not for you to ask my opinion on cereal as a soup.”
“It did hurt when I fell from heaven, for the record,” Minho replies. “And what do you think? Soup or not?”
Or, Minho sees Newt while working at the library and attempts (multiple times) to ask him out.

“When we can both walk again, I’ll let you try it on.”“Zack.” Oliver gasps. “I love you.”
They were both inches away from death not long ago. If they move too much, they’ll reopen their wounds. If they touch each other, they’ll hurt each other. But they’re here and they’re alive and they’re together and they’ll be okay, even if all he can really do is squeeze Oliver’s hand and say,
“Idiot. I love you too.”
Or a story of Zack and Oliver, of bed sharing and constants and how not to die alone.

Summary
Tsukishima Kei doesn't dance. His body is stick-like and awkward and his limbs only do what he wants them to do in volleyball and even that's up for debate. He's tone deaf and is physically incapable of keeping a beat despite all the music he listens to on his headphones. All this is reason enough to steer clear of dancing, and yet, on an average Thursday afternoon he finds himself doing exactly that.

So, most of them live at the Tower and there are a few adjacent types, and every so often there are strange moments of utterly bizarre normalcy that Minho almost forgets about all the...everything.
Sometimes at night Minho lies on the roof of the Tower and just watches the sky, and he thinks about if Newt has houseplants, or wears a certain type of sock, or if he has a favorite flavor of ice cream.
(Or; They're all human-adjacent, but they’re still people.)
