Deep down, Foggy sincerely hoped he wasn’t developing a vigilante thing after one near-death experience. Getting rescued by the so-called Devil of Hell’s Kitchen and finding him annoyingly attractive was already bad enough. The fact that the guy kept showing up to flirt with him — with that voice that was starting to sound uncomfortably familiar — was its own special kind of problem.
