On her way to work one morning, Ei nearly runs over a crow who's fallen on the road. Fortunately, she swerves in time, saving the crow from an unsightly death. She can't bring herself to just leave the crow in the middle of the road either, so she carries the crow to the safety of a nearby tree.
Unbeknownst to Ei, crow Kujou Sara vows to repay this kindness.
Unbeknownst to Sara, this would be a lot harder than she thought it would be.

Sara doesn’t really know.
After being struck down by La Signora in the Tenshukaku, Sara finds herself struggling to recover. Her mind is stuck in the Tenshukaku, her body broken and bloody on the floor. The Raiden Shogun looks on impassively as La Signora crushes her under her foot. There is ice under her skin and every time she draws her bow it pierces through to her bones.
What good is Sara if she cannot draw her bow? What good is she if she cannot protect the Raiden Shogun? She has failed. She is broken and useless and incomplete and-

"Command me to be well." An absolute masterpiece of a fic. I love the way this fic weaves and flows. Her mindset is so tangible it's crazy. I freaking love how solid and hopeful the ending is. It doesn't leave any room for doubt. "Sara begins to string her bow." She makes it, she gets back up.

Summary
When Sara woke up, it was from a sneeze that stabbed her in the throat.
Even as the fog in her mind kept her thoughts lost and wandering, Sara could tell that she had fallen ill. That much was obvious.
It was 5:00am. Five minutes before she was due to get out of bed. Five minutes to pull herself together for the day ahead. Her body being ill mattered not when she could simply will herself into motion. Momentary weakness was not an excuse for a lapse in discipline.

Sara was alive. Which should be impossible. There was no breathing or heartbeat for at least five minutes, Yae checked herself. She felt the unmoving corpse cold under her touch, and she saw the plenteous amount of blood Sara lost. Yet somehow, there she was. Almost fighting the healers to get up and out of the room while hoarsing sounds that almost resembled words but were conclusively nonsensical babblings. And even in her weakened and frail state, it took the entire team to keep her from further damaging her multilated body.

Summary
Tenshukaku was quiet for a bit, Inazuma was having one of the calm stormy nights.
Storms have been more frequent since the disappearence of the land's General.
General Kujou Sara.
Who was reported missing seven months and two weeks counting.
The Puppet filled out papers as Ei took turn to look out for even a crow that would appear occasionally when her.. the general was around.
Yae Miko had left a few hours ago for a deadline on a new novel, as much as she wished to stay with the Archon again. She had work of her own now.

The courtyard of the building, where the night shift guards walked, patroling the area.
Sounds of branches breaking, hard footsteps and leaves crunching grew closer to two guards that were guarding the Archon's chambers.
They turned their heads and ready their weapons for what might come out.
Once it did, they stood in fear as they let it pass by them, bowing to it.
The subject of their fear knocked on the door roughly five times.
