“What’s the matter? Are you hungry or something?”
Once again, the dog just barked and continued to stare at him. He sighed, unsure of what to do. He was deep in thought when he heard someone entering the station. He turned and saw Baekjin walking towards him, stopping short once he noticed the dog. He raised a questioning brow, “Is that yours?”
“No, he just jumped on me while I was waiting for you. I have no idea where he came from…”
Baekjin hummed, “It looks like he’s taken a liking to you.”
They both looked down at the dog to see that it was still staring at Baku, its tail wagging excitedly. Baku couldn’t help but smile. The dog was really cute.
“Maybe you should take it with you. Haven’t you always wanted a dog?”

Seongje scoffs, shaking his head. "I saw you with him. You were practically gagging for it. Bet you would have let him put his hand down your fucking pants if I hadn't stepped in."
Hyuntak smirks at that, just a subtle quirk of his lips, but he sees the way Seongje's eyes narrow at the movement. "I knew you'd step in before it got that far."
Seongje shakes his head, biting down harshly on his bottom lip. A second bead of blood pools there and Hyuntak has the urge to lick it up with his tongue. But he can't do that. Not yet. Not when Seongje is still looking at him with murder in his eyes.
"You're fucking sick and twisted," he spits out.
"Takes one to know one," Hyuntak shoots back, grinning.
or, Hyuntak tries to make his boyfriend jealous. It doesn't exactly go according to plan. Or does it?

An odd pair. That's all Juntae could describe them as from afar.
And then, out of nowhere, Park Humin and Go Hyuntak became Baku and Tak-ah.
Then Juntae was allowed to take peaks at their intruiging personalities from up close.He got glimpses of rumours he would've never guessed were true, of pained stories and irreversible injuries.
He quickly learnt that it wasn't their honor they had been trying to protect everytime they had picked up a fight. It was simply each other.He got to see them in more private settings, at the safety of their homes, where the bickering quieted down significantly and their bodies just moved around each other's like a choreography they had long grown used to.
They were good at coexisting, so good that it made more wonder and awe bloom in Juntae's chest.Up close they ended up being a lot different than what they showed to the world.

god that was beautiful and awful 🥲🥲 I loved every word of it; having an outside view of bakugotak turn into a closer one was so well written and the comfortable affection they could give each other (Humin giving Hyuntak a peck under his eye was definitely my favorite part)!! And also the dread that began to creep into Juntae's mind that actually proved to be TRUE???? Omg... What a masterpiece... But you owe me a tissue to wipe my eyes

months after park humin (combined with the help of yeon sieun) took down na baekjin and the union in their dramatic final battle a shaky truce, and somewhat of an alliance formed between the two schools; and alongside that alliance a relationship blossomed between the two former best friends.

“baekjin and baku” or “baku and baekjin” two names refused to be split and always heard together, never one without the other.
both refusing to be apart from each other ever again.
everyone knows this, hyuntak knows this.so that’s why when park humin walks up to his best friend, go hyuntak, with nothing but confidence, declaring loudly: “taka! be my boyfriend!”
