It's elderflower and lemon mixed together, a summer scent – even if today the clouds threaten them to bring an autumnal rain; it's a fragment that brings to Tobio's mind those faraway places in tourists' postcards - Italy or Greece, it doesn't matter; it's nice because it immediately reminds him Tōru's expressions and their occasional moments of kindness.
In a spontaneous gesture he put his hands in Tōru's hair, he sees his own fingers disappear between those brown locks and as always he thinks that he prefers Oikawa like this, more messy, without that artificial hairstyle of his every day life.
Oikawa lets him do it, the heat Tobio's emanating almost makes him doze off and it wouldn't hurt, for once, to fall asleep leaning like this, on his belly.--

The two of them had never given each other any action that went beyond hugging, like a limit drawn without warning. The only time Kaelix dared, taking advantage of Freo carelessness to place a stolen kiss on his forehead was on the day they both confirmed their feelings, perhaps that was the precious moment that the white hair boy cherished and tried to preserve in his memory forever.
Even after that, any rare physical contact from Freo was like a gift from heaven for studying hard and working hard. All in exchange because Kaelix truly wanted the most sincere relationship, not constrained by the usual conventions of desire.
Freo took a deep breath, trying to let his gaze encompass the image of Kaelix even though he was very awkward.
