Summary
The antivillain Resurrection uses their newest gadget, a censer-flail they've named Rapture, on the employees in a downtown office building. Rapture's purpose is to lower the inhibitions of its victims and allow them to speak freely by breaking down the barriers of what's "decent" to say aloud -- as well as leaving them lazy, horny, and forgetful. Resurrection's ultimate goal: adding yet another weapon to their arsenal to use against corrupt heroes. Ideally, this one would aid heroes in admitting their crookedness to the world themselves; the first step towards being absolved of their sins.
Sent in to stop them is the hero organization SKY's golden boy, Ares: Resurrection's longtime rival, well known for his extremely robust powers and nonviolent approach to heroism. He's also one of the very few heroes Resurrection doesn't have dirt on… yet.

Of course, the fish only look so shapeless and ugly in the first place because the nets have dragged them out of their home, where the dark and the pressure and the crushing ocean weight keep them whole and handsome."
