The Fenton family journeys to Gotham to get Jazz settled in her dorm at Gotham U. Things go a little sideways when Danny lets something ghostly slip, and his parents try to shoot the 'evil ghost' out of him.
Danny can't go home. But his sister's 18 and willing to rent a campus apartment, Gotham has a layer of ectoplasm so thick it's almost as good as Amity Park, and he's already made a new friend!
Harley was just going to get snacks for Bud & Lou, her hyenas. She did not mean to befriend a tourist, but the kid's almost as crazy as she is!
Join Danny and Harley in a journey of friendship, crime for good reasons, and kicking the Joker's ass.

“I have never seen a movie.”
“Should do the whole experience then.” Eddie broke into a yawn, his head listing to the side. “Dinner, candy, popcorn... Everything...”
That sounds good, Venom spoke quietly into Eddie’s head.

Even though Jesse had promised himself to be strong about this, to pull himself into the steady pillar of reliable patience that she'd need to lean on, it hurts and every inch of distance between them is a dagger burrowing deeper. Of all the ways he could've lost her — ground into sand by that ear-splitting grinder, tossed to the train's wheels, trapped forever behind that barrier in the door that rippled like the water in the puddles — he never would have imagined this.
But no, she's not lost. She's right here, close enough to touch and yet light years out of his reach.
It wasn't supposed to be this way.

It actually worked. Reflecting Jesse's number in her hand, they watched as two nearly identical doors opened in the air. Two portals side by side. One showing the sun setting over a peaceful lake lined by pines, the other showing a sparse forest, the sky dark with the moon hanging high overhead and a small stream glittering in the distance. They were leaving, but they weren't leaving together.
Lake made a promise. She swore to Jesse that she would find him, and that was exactly what she was going to do.
This was going to be a lot easier said than done, wasn't it?
