Summary
Katsuki was raised on the belief that one has to be the strongest to make it in this world. Other people are a waste of time, minor distractions, focus should be left to being the best at whatever he does. The violence at home shaped him into more than a beast than a person, relying on his instincts and others' fear to make it by. Weakness was to be eliminated by all means necessary.
He makes his way through life like a meteor, burning through obstacles and landing himself a place at an esteemed Police Academy. He only realizes the consequences of living the way he has when an incident leaves him powerless, something he hadn't thought possible, and begins the painful journey towards recovery.
Izuku was raised on the belief that no matter what he did, it would never amount to anything. His mother never believed in him, his father out of the picture, the only person who believed in him was himself.
A victim of bullying, life took its time tearing apart his dreams, his hope, until he was left with nothing. He hides away at home, taking better care of his potted plants than himself. After an incident he begins seeing a therapist, and bumps into a childhood friend he thought he'd never see again.

Izuku groaned loudly, stretching his arms above his head. Joints pointed and muscles ached in a good way. Katsuki really did do things just like their honeymoon... if he wasn’t pregnant then he’d be shocked. Katsuki was a damn animal in bed. He could cum so many times and still keep going. He was pretty sure he passed out towards the end of it.
Ha. Just like their honeymoon.
Dropping his hand to Katsuki’s side of the bed, he was expecting to feel a warm chest but instead he found cool grey sheets under his hand. “Kachan?” He called out around the large yawn. Where the hell did he go this time?
Izuku swung his legs out from under the blankets and over the side of the bed. “Kachan?” He called a little louder. Still nothing. No shower running. No clanks of pots and pans in the kitchen. Nothing but silence.
It hadn’t been this quiet since before Katsuki moved in.
“If this is some kind of game, Katsuki Bakugo and you scare the piss out of me... I will Wyoming Smash you threw the wall.” He warned. Something didn’t feel right in his chest—not only that but Danger Sense was lightly hovering over his head. “Katsuki?”
Okay. It wasn’t funny anymore.
