There’s a person crouched in the trees above him.
Shaggy, short white hair drifts in lazy waves against porcelain pale skin, and the red marks that slash across his sharp cheekbones are punctuated by the impossibility of soft, fuzzy white and gray furred ears that adorn the sides of his face. His pupils- framed by white lashes that match his hair- are the same shade as the marks, as Madara’s still active sharingan that he's staring down without hesitation.
He's gorgeous, and Madara is absolutely, undoubtedly in love.
And he is also dripping lake water like a bedraggled house cat while pathetically gaping at the most beautiful person he’s ever seen.

Another heavy scratch. Dwelling on it only makes every stroke of the brush feel more uncomfortable.

His musings were interrupted by Madara pulling on the fabric of his pants and tearing it to pieces.
“I hope next time you will allow me to take them off, you brute,” he complained. Madara laughed again as he leaned down and licked the blood trail left from the senbon. His face twisted into expression Tobirama struggled to decipher. The Uchiha was excited, although this was obvious from the way his chakra surged akin to a raging wildfire. The man grinned and it could have been mistaken for a kind or relaxed smile if not for the fact that it didn’t quite reach his eyes, making it cold, predatory. Which made no sense. Tobirama wasn’t the prey here.

A little boy, she thought with crushing horror, eyes and throat stinging. A little boy, with a little hole in his tiny throat. Blood bubbled from it, air wheezed.
Moaning low in her throat she tore open the water sealed pouched on her hip and tore her bandages into narrower strips. Shinomu had dropped to his belly, whimpering as the baby could not and nosing at sodden white hair.

For instance, to keep his distance and block his exes in time. Or at least to turn off notifications. Yet here it was, 3:08 in the morning, his smartphone screen was still blinking, and Madara on the other end was typing something again. What an absolute disgrace.

MadaTobi Exchange Gift for @obitoforpresident! I hope you like it and I apologse that it seems so rushed. I scrapped several works and wrote this two days before the deadline :')
-Hashirama's way of enforcing the improvement of inter-clan relationships is banding two of the worst enemies together and sending them off on a mission. That in itself is a terrible idea. What's more, they seem to be keen on attempting to disagree on just about everything. Simply out of pure spite.
And well, Madara is clever - using Tobirama's words against him has them sharing a bed in a small inn in the middle of nowhere.
