“I think I remember you two from last time”, the receptionist said upon their arrival, eying Rayla and Callum sceptically. With a glance towards them holding hands, he added. “Some things seem to have changed.”
Callum leaned into Rayla, both of them exchanging lovestruck glances and blushing a little. “Actually, they haven’t”, he replied, pressing a quick kiss to her cheek.
“Indeed, they haven’t”, the receptionist said dryly. “Once again, I only have one free room to offer.”
Runaan frowned. “You’ve got to be kidding me.”
Post Season 6, Rayla, Callum and Runaan are traveling to Katolis to aid in the rescue and reconstruction effort. On their way, they make a stop at a particular, nice cozy inn that Callum and Rayla know from an earlier stay. While Rayla insists the inn had proven a pleasant surprise to her last time, Runaan isn't sure it will do to him now...
