Summary
After graduating from a juvenile detention center, transferring to Caleb’s high school mid-semester only turns heads and floats whispers through the hallways. Caleb, the brother who makes you lunch, cuddles you at night, and promises to continue protecting you, crosses the border between home and school. That’s when his warmth disappears.
He lives a different life. One he’s built without you.
You’d been separated from him ever since you’d attended your first high school, an all-girls seminary-like private school on the banks of a river through a glorified patch of forest. But now, face to face with the real world once again, you’re bullied. Beaten. Forced to embarrass yourself in front of Caleb, someone you thought you could alone be able to trust, but that you no longer know because you live in different worlds.
Him, a rising star athlete. You, a paper doll.

Summary
Desire was the interwoven canopy of bright petals that string from the top of flowering trees to sidewalks mid-spring, floating and teetering off their branches in rhythmic synchronosity. Or in Tianheng, at least, where nature gathered in laurels around every twist of their small school. Chongyun’s life started in that forsaken bush hidden between the peaks, until he was forcibly sent to a metropolis shrouded by unfamiliar concrete jungle.
Chongyun’s status as a new transfer ultimately led him to become fresh meat for the rich hierarchy at Teyvat High. Scared to hurt his most potent bully Xingqiu by fighting back, he withholds himself from any voluntary contact with him.
Only when Xingqiu confesses his true feelings does that blissfully unawoken desire begin to lose its petals, one by one met with the rain Xingqiu’s sweet amber eyes, soft blue hair, and supple pale skin bring. It isn’t long before Chongyun’s dormant tree of festering feelings and desire ripens its blossoms with the thick scent of fresh rain. Petrichor. **

Summary
Perhaps it was in the way your eyes lingered on him a beat too long, reluctant, enraptured by his blinding radiance. How you trailed after him—lulled by devotion, rotten with desire—like his little tail, a heartsick shadow, always needing to be but a step behind him. Or maybe it was your voice that gave you away—syrupy sweet and aching, thick with something unholy each time it called out his name.
Whichever it was, someone’s caught on. They’re ready to drag your dirty little secret into the light and relish every second of your fall from grace.
You can’t have that.
No more of those dreamlike summers. No more hiding behind your brother’s back.
It’s time to smother these sickening feelings; the sweet little sister he once knew is to die and be buried along with all of the skeletons in her closet. Whatever crawls out of her grave is nothing but a creature of teenage apathy and practiced insolence, brimming with unrest and defiance—a poster brat.

Summary
My ear presses to the other side of the bedroom door - you sigh. Slumped down on the other side, your back probably pressed to the doorframe, legs curled in close - not quite sick of me yet. Otherwise, you vanish beneath enough blankets to drown out my voice, your own little fort to keep your dummy brother out.
Over the years, I've learned the frequency in which you broadcast. Memorized your patterns like routes etched into star maps. I know the way your voice lifts when you’re trying to sound braver than you feel; the sound of your laugh when you really mean it.
So if you’re sitting here, right up against the barrier between us?
It means you're not too mad. Not yet. And so, I knock again.
“C’mon, Pipsqueak.”
And it's funny - knocking to enter my own room. But nothing in here is just mine anymore. Not the books, not the posters, not even the scuffed floorboards or the lopsided ceiling fan. What’s mine is yours. My space, my time, my heart - you claimed this place just by being in it.
---------Skyhaven's Biggest Hypocrite reminisces on the White Days he has spent by your side - and one you weren't aware of.This can be read as a prequel to "Meant To Be Yours" or a stand-alone.
