It was Stede’s idea. He’s really horny about being the Captain’s kept boy, which doesn’t really mean anything because everything gets Stede horny. Lucius thinks it’s all a bit ridiculous but Ed-and-Stede are a good lay especially when they’re together, so Lucius will tolerate a bit of absurdity.
