Summary
Sublimation
- Passing from one phase to another without transitioning through an intermediate phase.
- Where socially unacceptable impulses or idealizations are consciously transformed into socially acceptable actions or behavior, possibly resulting in a long-term conversion of the initial impulse.
Patrick Kane and Jonathan Toews should probably have figured out the first time what this type of behavior meant.

Bookmarker's Notes
What I love about this story is the way that the authors characterized Toews and Kane journey of self discovery. Basically they were two idiots who weren't sure what was happening with their sexuality and as they discover more about themselves over the years a scorching hot love evolves. AND THAT IS MY JAM!
And to help jog my memory when I hope to reread - it's the story with docking and threesomes.
I would be remiss if I did not acknowledge that Patrick Kane is a controversial figure once accused of rape (though the case was thrown out) and overall has made some shitty choices. In most of the stories I enjoy with him as a protagonist (like this one), he's matured or never goes down the path of complete fuckery that causes him to be such a god damn PR nightmare. So to make myself feel better about a stories with him in it that I have loved, I see most of those stories as written out of character from the actual person. He could almost be an original character that fandom has collectively created and agreed has certain traits and I'm sure there's meta somewhere that basically says that what RPF is anyway...

Summary
Too many of them had died… and those who were left were more broken because of it. So when Peter hesitantly admitted to knowing about a spell that would send someone back in time Stiles knew he had to do it.

Bookmarker's Notes
While the author notes that is not her finest work but it's her most popular story in the TW fandom I totally understand that frustration. I'm never satisfied with anything that I create but THIS... THIS story makes me lose my breath.
Basically it's a fix-it time travel story that is written with emotional intelligence. I think it's kinda like looking at the early works of a favorite painter. The style isn't quite as refined as their later creations and maybe it's not even as technically accomplished but it's still a beautiful and devastating piece.
And for my own reference - it's the story with the Christmas gift exchange with the book that is picked out by Stiles but given by another character and I just can't stop thinking about it. That scene tears me to pieces every time I read it and I want more of it. To see more of each character in and I'm greedy for it. So yeah.

Summary
(aka 'how to survive endless rebirth with your so-called soulmate')
Harry and Tom’s souls are tied together. Which is why they’re in this endless loop of rebirth.
At some point, they stopped caring and just started fucking with people.
(cracky humor with a hint of seriousness and plot, my specialty)
