Summary
Healer Potter can heal injuries that no one else can and gets a new patient in his specialized ward at St. Mungo's. It's clear from the start that this patient is broken, with injuries and abuse dating years. But Harry is surprised to discover that the patient is Draco Malfoy. For the next three months, Harry has to heal his injuries from an apparent suicide attempt, but soon he realizes that it's deeper than that.
Draco is fresh out of Azkaban and Harry knows that the guards must have viciously tortured him, but Draco isn't talking about it. He's set up to stay in the Mental Health ward permanently if Harry doesn't heal him physically and mentally. At the same time, Harry isn't the righteous force of anger and courage that he once was. He quit the Aurors and suffers from extreme social anxiety, panic attacks and PTSD attacks, though it's not from war. Harry has to deal with his problems, too, but maybe not alone anymore as Draco is there to recover with him.
Trigger warning - discussions about sexual assaults, associated terminology and abuse. Panic attacks and some sleeping, eating and drinking disorders.
This is a story of recovery from severe emotional distress on both their parts.

Auror Potter recieved a complaint that Draco wasn't behaving correctly and went to his work to arrest him. Since he's Draco's probation officer... he gets to decide what punishment Draco recieves for his infraction... something Draco doens't fight too much.
Things get interesting as Draco digs into the terms and conditions of the Probation Agreement that he didn't bother to read before signing. Maybe Auror Potter has some explaining to to do....

He bound him, sent him to Malfoy Manor and made everyone think Harry is dead. Voldemort still lost the Battle, but he and a few Death Eaters escaped. Voldemort stopped his war effort and focused on figuring how to extract his soul out of Harry. He leaves Harry there to be tortured and abused by his Death Eaters. For months they torture and assault him, until Draco Malfoy comes down the steps and heals him. Harry doesn't trust him, until Draco tells him that they are bound together by a Life Debt. But Harry is breaking... and is determined to die, to destroy the last Horcrux. Can Draco save someone destined to die? Can he save Harry's mind, too?
**TRIGGER WARNING** Constant and repeated references to sexual assaults, forced sex and non-con. I generally don't write about the act, but will mention what happened and Harry's psychological trauma from it. Also, there's frequent mentions of suicide. Be warned.

Follow Draco Malfoy as he battles hatred for having Death Eater parents, and being Slytherin and gay. Voldemort is in charge and the Order, led by McGonagall, has to fight for freedom. Enter Harry who kills Voldemort but can't find a place after the war.
However, with the downfall of Voldemort, they have to rebuild and Draco is quick to present changes to the Ministry to prevent this from happening, again, with resistance from fellow order members. Harry doesn't want to take sides... until he sees his chance. Will he face off against the one he really loves, but is too scared to take a chance?This is based off the lyrics of Lin-Manuel Miranda's super awesome play Hamilton and is for entertainment purposes only.
