Sharp jawline takes a step toward him. His hand held out, face up, and Sunoo wants to reach out. He does, but something in the back of his mind is telling him not to. He hesitates, long enough that his arms are pulled behind him and restrained.
It pulls him out of the trans that he was put under. His heart rate picks back up, tears well up in his eyes again. There’s no escaping this time, Sunoo knows.
“I promise, nothing bad will happen to you, as long as you cooperate with us.” Sharp jawline says, a frown on his face.
Sunoo closes his eyes, tears slipping down his face. He bites back another sob that threatens to escape.

Jungwon swept the black cap off his head, exposing his face. Standing face to face with Jay, the moment felt just like the night in the hotel room, and it only fueled Jungwon's anger.

His ex-boyfriend is a hunky lawyer who represents clients while dressed in luxury brands on a daily basis. Meanwhile, Jungwon has worn the same, raggedy scrubs for a week now, hasn’t washed his hair in days, and is sneaking into said ex’s high-rise apartment building to steal back his delivery of three packets of sour cream and onion chips. He knows how this looks on paper.

“Do you remember,” Heeseung licks his lips. He’s breaking the one rule they all actually agree upon, but he can’t stop now. Something about the quietness of the health unit at just past one in the morning feels sacred. It’s just him and Jungwon and nothing else outside that door. He wonders if anything he says in this room will be voided out; like they’ll step into the hallway a few minutes from now and it will all be wiped from their memories.
“Do you remember,” Heeseung starts again, because he needs to say this but it isn’t easy. “In i-Land, we were preparing for the BTS unit songs…”

Jungwon shoves Jay’s face away, rolling his eyes at his toothy grin and lip bite. “I’m glad you weren’t hurt. I would have–” Jungwon shoves his hand to cover Jay’s mouth. “Okay, don’t be cheesy.”
“Fine, fine.” Jay’s muffled voice speaks, his hand grabbing Jungwon’s wrist to intertwine their hands. “You’ve been doing good.”
Jungwon knows, he knows that. It’s just he can’t shake off that relentless feeling, the feeling that he knows he can do much more, but just can’t find the nerve within him to actually do it. That feeling eats him up inside.

He jumps down from the counter with a humph, brushing down his trunks to busy his hands. “I could’ve done that myself, you know,” he says, rolling his eyes.
“Yeah? Why’d you sit so still for me then?”
Unable to think of an answer, Jungwon whips around to walk away before Jay could see the blush creeping up on his face. Something he noticed that he had to do a lot these past few days.
Jungwon doesn’t have to look back to know that Jay has a huge grin on his lips. “You’re welcome, Jungwonie!” He calls out, to which he scoffs.
