Summary
You are Anon-kun, an outsider that got gapped into Gensokyo and managed to avoid the initial perils that await an outsider and successfully established yourself in the human village as a resident. You grew to love Gensokyo and its strange inhabitants as you explored the land and met its occupants. On a spring day you made your way to the Hakurei shrine for one of its famous flower viewing parties and to pay your respects to the powers that dwelled there where you met the infamous Shrine Maiden of Paradise. Little did you know at the time that your meeting with her would change your fate forever.
This started as two or three largely unrelated stories I wrote on /jp/ when discussing Reimu in the light of her being a husband abuser, from there the story grew on its own and one or two other posters there contributed a select chapter or two. Some characters that should've been included in the story logically don't make an appearance since they're involvement was out of the scope of the story, so please understand warmly!

Having finally returned, he spends his time making “new” connections and rekindling old ones. He simply wishes to enjoy his life back in the land he worked so hard to protect. However, various things seem to be different from what he remembers…

Being an adrenaline junkie in the human village is hard, getting scared isn't when danger can lurk around every bend.
You have a fun hobby, you seek out the youkai of the land in order to feel the thrill of being chased and the unique rush of being in mortal danger. Its not as dangerous as it sounds at least as your job pays well enough to fund your little hobby thanks to the services of the Hakurei shrine and various seals made by the shrine maiden that lives there.
Unfortunately, having such a weird hobby and spending as much as you do will attract some unwanted attention for better or for worse.
