Ashe didn’t notice. He was too busy thinking. He wanted to look as if he was casually sipping his tea, but as he looked over the rim and at Dedue…
He still wanted to touch him.
"Are you alright, Ashe?"
"Yeah, I was just… thinking." That wasn’t a lie. He took another long sip. The taste was comforting. (He associated it with Dedue.) The smile did not leave Dedue’s face.
"Would you like to tell me what you're thinking about?"
"I would." Ashe nodded before setting his now empty teacup down. He took a deep breath.
"Have you ever thought about, um, having sex?" Dedue blinked at him, seemingly unfazed. That… wasn’t specific enough. He let out a small ahem. "With me?"

Linhardt is staring at the floor to his right, “Like you did the other night,”
Caspar reaches forward and grabs his wrist tightly. He tugs Linhardt forward, and grabs his hip with his other hand, bracing as he stumbles against him. Linhardt’s eyes snap to his, and he gasps. “Is it right to treat a princess so roughly?”

The silence lasted a second too long. "He said —" Dimitri stopped, hesitating for another excruciating moment, before he lifted his head to meet Felix’s gaze. “He said he was getting married.”
Felix stared at him, unable to even muster up anger at the sight of pity on Dimitri’s face. It felt as though a sudden wind had blown over him, extinguishing the growing flicker of hope he had pretended he didn’t have. “Oh,” was all he managed to push out of his throat.
