Summary
They say not to waste a second because life goes by so fast, but how does that apply to an immortal life? Perhaps it goes by fast, sometimes, if you’re lucky. But even after these moments life continues. And maybe this applies for both a mortal and immortal life, but for a mortal, these moments and adventures come together to form a story to be told even beyond death. But maybe an immortal life is just forever unfinished. The plots and moments just twist together and become a blur. Never finished. Never a final chapter. Never a sense of closure and finality. Technoblade never dies. But if he never dies, will he ever truly live?
But this story has more than one character.
Wilbur and Tommy are princes, directly under their father, King Philza. Life in royalty is all someone could ever want right? The riches, the fame… but no one tells you about the pressure. About the secrets that are so easily hidden in dimly lit hallways of the palace. Around every corridor. In the dust behind the ancient historical books in the royal library. But let’s not get ahead of ourselves. Wilbur is next in line for the thrown and he’s learning of his true genetics and how to become a king, which will be much sooner than he expected.

“Hello? Tubbo? Ranboo? Anyone? Are you there? Are you guys, okay? I’m safe in a building.” Tommy said anxiously into the device as he held it up to his face.
He waited for anything. Any kind of response he would take. Anything that meant that they were okay and not in any immediate danger.
“Hey, Tommy. We’re okay for now. But we can’t talk since we still haven’t made it to any shelter for the night. We’re almost there though. So please keep the talking quiet.” Whispered Tubbo, after a long suffocating silence.
Or
Tommyinnit, Tubbo, and Ranboo are living in a zombie apocalypse, trying to survive. What could possibly go wrong? Surely past trauma wont get brought up and surely they wont get hurt.

Though, he didn't know that a foster family full of mythological beings he was oblivious to would be all he needed to finally live at peace.

Summary
In the middle of the destruction stands a man with pitch black wings big enough to stretch all the way across the wide hallway. And he’s looking straight at Tommy.
Tommy’s breath hitches in his throat and his knees almost buckle under the weight of his terror. He takes a shaky step backwards, suddenly hoping that Punz would still be after him, but he’s managed to lose the man in the maze of hallways, and now the hybrid looks at him and says something but Tommy can’t hear him over these goddamn sirens and oh god, he just wanted to find Dream–
Or: Tommy, an avian, doesn't know of life outside the laboratory. It's the only home he's ever had. So when Phil breaks in and takes four abused hybrid kids to a safehouse, he's surprised to see that one of them isn't at all happy to be saved.
(Or: lab-themed sbi hurt/comfort. I'm a sucker for angst with a happy ending.)

Tommy was a tired God who's sick of sleeping all the time. He goes down to the mortal world and discovers heroes, vigilantes, and villains. He gets dragged into it forcefully by his new friends - who also dragged him forcefully into their lives - and, honestly? He doesn't regret a thing. Being a vigilante is fun! Even if he has to hide the fact that he's a God from them. And then he has to hide the fact that he's a vigilante from the heroes who he now works for and have taken an interest in him. Should be easy, right? Well...
He should be able to do at least one of those things!
