Once they’d confirmed that Frankie would be filling in as the rhythm guitarist, Ray had shot her wife a quick text to keep her updated about the current situation. Even if Gee hadn’t already been invested in the tour to begin with, as well as Ray’s career as a whole, it was always worth informing her about when Mikey scored a win. They’d set up a call for when Gee got home from the Marvel offices and Ray hadn’t held back describing the tiny punk girl, who threw herself and her guitar around the stage as if they were unbreakable.
But there were a few things Ray neglected to share. For example, she decided to keep it to herself that Frankie fiddled obsessively with the ring piercing her lower lip, flicking her tongue out like a lazy snake to taste the cold metal. There was no reason for Gee to know about that, she reasoned. Just like it wasn’t necessary to inform Gee that Frankie’s soft and delicate hands, with their hardened fingertips, made her want to sin.

Frank knew there was something up with the Way’s since he met them, at least on a subconscious level. But like with most things you found out about them, you could probably just prescribe it to the Way Funk. He definitely could’ve been more observant, but he also liked to think of himself of a somewhat well adjusted semi-adult. And somewhat well adjusted semi-adults usually did not jump to conclusions of the supernatural when their friends had slightly more vibrant eyes than your average Joe, or a talent for eating stake like it was oxygen and they were drowning.

Frank gets bitten by a werewolf, has a minor crisis, and becomes much closer with Gerard than he thought was ever possible.

Now on top of everything, Frank has to risk it all because some ghost can’t figure out how to leave his motel room; there’s a creepy kid at the bakery and a homeless deaf girl that he always seems to run into. Not to mention Gerard’s (alive) younger brother, who will stop at nothing to get what he wants.

College was already time consuming enough, but now every single second of his free time on the weekends was dedicated to working odd jobs and giving guitar lessons so he could start paying off his uncle for the car. Gerard knew it wouldn't last forever, and that he didn't owe much, but it was so hard for him to be away from him.
At least Halloween was coming shortly, and Mikey had been helping Gerard plan something pretty awesome for his birthday.^v^Fade^v^
