Disappeared from the Jedi Grand Temple during the Liberation of Coruscant and rediscovered by Jedi Master Luminara Unduli and Padawan Barriss Offee at an illegal auction by the Malandro Syndicate on Tangenine. En route to Coruscant, Jedi Knight Anakin Skywalker came into contact with Hallivan’s Mirror and passed through its surface.
