Summary
“Dude--” Rempe starts. He’s kind of laughing though, like this is all so fucking funny, and Gabe glares at him, hard enough to kill. “You’re kind of bitchy, huh?” Rempe asks.
“Shut the fuck up.” Gabe hisses. “Like, actually shut up, you do not want to fuck with me right now.”
“Okay, big guy.” Rempe grins slowly, blood drying in flakes around his nostrils.

Summary
They climb into the car and Sapnap feels quiet. He feels like Nick. So he closes his eyes, listens to his mom as she hums to 89.3, and tries his hardest not to think about Karl. Coming here. Tomorrow. He squeezes his eyes shut tightly until sunspots burst, reform, and burst again.
Or Sapnap invites Karl to his family's home for Christmas, and he feels...ways about it.

Summary
George is walking around, calling for Sapnap, voice frantic and loud, grating against his ears. Dream taps furiously at his phone, no doubt trying to contact his friend. But Karl just sits and stares, sound waving in and out tinnily, just unnatural enough to make him dizzy.
He’s already drunk, and the unpleasant fear lurching in his chest doesn’t make it any better. He gingerly places his hand, still covered in wine, on the cushion beside him, just to make sure.
It's still warm.
Or, Sapnap gets thrown back in time, and his friends have to go find him.
Or, Or, Pete adopts another twenty-something, and Patrick's just along for the ride.
Or, Or, Or, I force my two favorite things onto you poor readers. Sorry.

Summary
More often than not, Tommy forgets how to be Tom. He forgets what he’s actually interested in, forgets how to talk to people without raising his voice or pitching it low, scraping it on the edges of his rough persona. The persona he still wears like a bracelet, one that’s fraying and shredded nearly to bits.
It’s almost transparent how much he hates it, now.
Almost.
Or, a study of a loud kid who isn't really a kid anymore, and how he deals with growing up both too fast and not enough all at once. A study of having the worlds eyes on you when you wanted nothing more than to be looked at by your parents, or your friends, or maybe just your dogs. It’s about friendship, and loss, and learning how to be okay with yourself when you aren’t the best person in the world. It’s about lying and growing and being honest; about anger and self hatred and maybe self love, too. Somewhere.
