Summary
Makarov became obsessed with Soap and nursed him back to health after shooting him in the head in the tunnel. The 141 thinks he's dead until Ghost and Price find him living an idyllic life with the very terrorist they'd been chasing to exact revenge on Soap's behalf. Soap only has bits and pieces of his memories, none of them involving the 141. Ghost tries to push him away to "protect" Soap from their old life. Gaz and Rudy are not happy about Ghost's behavior in the slightest. Soap loses grasp of what's real and what isn't.
