Summary
“Who’s absolutely not, capitalized, with three exclamation marks at the end?” asks Auguste, frowning at Damen's phone.
Damen shoots out of his seat, tripping over Pallas’s foot in his haste, who yelps in complaint, to snatch his phone from Auguste's hands. “No one important,” he makes up on the spot, and immediately regrets it.
Auguste makes a confused sort of face, trying to make sense of Damen's awkwardness as he rounds the tea table and leaves for the kitchen. “Are you not going to answer?” he asks over his shoulder.
With a mournful look at the lit up screen ringing in his hand, Damen says, self explanatorily. “No, absolutely not.”

Summary
Made this because there's some storys and characters that I'd like to write about in Pandora's Box but the themes might be too heavy to include in the main story (I honestly try to keep it as light as I can without downplaying things) so I'll just post them here.
Don't worry or fear missing anything, pb is the main storyline and it's compleately understandable and enjoyabe without reading any of the other parts- That's mainly the point, since there's so many things that are unsavory and potentialy upsetting I want people to still enjoy the stroy without feeling like they miss plot points or importat imfo by skipping chapters or scenes (wich is stil understandable and the tw are there for a reason).

It was too immaculate, really. The sleek countertops, glass partitions, and impossibly white walls gleamed under soft, ambient lighting like they’d never known the comfort of a chaos Kaveh had lived with his entire life. Every surface was made of the kind of material that rejected fingerprints and resisted clutter - sanitized, both physically and emotionally.
Though the district his new studio was in was posh and high-end, it was surprisingly devoid of a single decent coffee shop. Perhaps the elitist locals had never actually tasted good coffee and simply mistook bitterness in a designer cup for depth - much like their conversations.
So far, Kaveh had choked down three lattes and a macchiato that tasted like lukewarm regret with a splash of oat milk.

Regulus has always known the universe to have a sick sense of humour but he didn’t know it was this cruel. He’d recognize that voice anywhere. To Regulus’s shock and abject horror, James Potter is Jay, there’s no doubt about it.

“Tell me your name,” said Nikandros, watching the boy carefully as he took another barefooted step towards him, almost close enough to reach out and touch, if he tried.
The boy, pulling up an arm to push away a dark curl from his forehead said, “Laurent.” There was no hesitation in his voice, as Nikandros might have expected from someone in a profession so rife with falsities. He thought briefly of the blond Veretian prince, but any such further thought was abruptly cut off by the boy- Laurent -speaking again.
“It’s quite a common name among whores, actually.”

Auguste would give anything to understand. He'd do anything to help his little brother, but their relationship has never been the same, ever since he came back from France with a wife and a kid. One would think your own brother would be happy for you, but that is *not* what's happening.
Instead, the one who's there happens to be an old friend, Damen. He comes with a basket of his own shit to deal with, but he's reliable. And kind-hearted, and fun, and loyal to a fault.
...Laurent seems to hate him with a passion.
