your heart pounds in your chest as you shakily grab the door handle.
as you were about to open the door, a voice you knew all too well made your blood go cold.
“what are you doing, friend.”
you slowly turned around, your breath hitched.
his everlasting smile seemed to be more uncanny than usual with those eyes that stared at your every movement.
“isn’t it rude to be leaving without letting us know?” he mused, stepping closer towards you.
the air feels stuffy and heavy, as if a warning to let you know to be on your best behavior.
then it hits you.
