Thanos notices that his younger brother is getting bullied. So, he promises him that he will beat the shit out of the guy who keeps pestering him.
They made a simple plan, Minsu lures the bully into an alley way where Thanos is at so he can teach the prick a lesson about messing with Minsu.
Everything was going smoothly until he made eye contact with the bully, Thanos felt his heart thump hard against his ribs, he felt a pang through his heart. Like an arrow from Cupid himself.

Thanos falls MADLY in love with his brothers bully and tries his best to "fix" him and even out his relationship with his brother at the same time.

Why was Thanos here? He didn't even live in this area! Did he have a new partner who lived close to Nam-gyu? In that case why was he dating someone new so soon? Nam-gyu had almost sworn to celibacy after they broke up. He's fairly certain he's destined to live the rest of his life alone.

Nam-gyu rises slowly to his feet. His body is so heavy. He is afraid that it will give out at any moment. Thanos, too, stands, knife red to the hilt. Oh, Thanos, Nam-gyu thinks, and he wants to cry. He looks so exhausted. So unlike himself. It takes everything in him not to rush over, to wipe the blood off of his beautiful face, to kiss the weariness away, to take his hand and say, ‘Enough of this, now, let’s go home.’
Thanos swallows. Gives him that look. Guilty. And he knows. It dawns on him suddenly, and he is filled with dread.
He steps backward. His own knife is heavy in his hand. He holds it out, as if this will protect him from anything at all.
“It’s gonna be that way, baby?” Thanos asks, voice low. “You want it this way?”

A boy with bright purple hair and a cocky smile finally brings color into Nam-gyu's plain life. Until a rainbow of destruction washes over him and threathens to leave nothing behind.

The first thing Nam-gyu thinks when he sees Thanos the great, the rapper, the legend for the first time, is that he dresses fucking awful.
Nam-gyu’s certainly no fashion expert, but even he knows that wearing such mismatched neon colors is nothing more than an eyesore, especially when it clashes with brightly colored purple hair. The entire setup the guy has going on is a complete mess. Nam-gyu feels a little bit sorry for him, actually.

Thanos scoffed and rolled his eyes, kicking the front door closed behind him. "Yeah, because you're in the state to do anything but veg out on the couch right now."
"The fuck? What the fuck is that supposed to mean?" Nam-gyu asked, his words lacking the bite he'd usually sink into them in favour of disbelief.
"What the fuck do you think it means, man?" Thanos retorted, stomping over to the kitchen with a huff and dropping the bags carelessly on the floor. "Look at you. Strung out on the couch and about to shoot up again before your high is even gone, I bet."
"Like you're one to talk," Nam-gyu mumbled under his breath, squinting at his elbow pit to line the needle riiight up flush to his vein — actually, he wasn't about to let this go just yet.
