Those who have read my others Avengers React stories, I haven't updated in more than six months so I decided to start a new story.
Welcome to my multiverse. The author(me) brought the Avengers(Civil War Era) from the original (movies) universe to watch an alternate universe Steve Rogers where he is Tony Stark's son.
This is the only way I would allow myself to like Tony Stark, who I am not a big fan of. And I love Steve so much, and obviously this is Steve-Centric.

What if Steve Rogers met Klaus Mikaelson back in the day. The two fell in love. Due to the time they were in, people weren't kind to lgbtq couples, so they had to keep their relationship a secret. And yes, eventually Klaus told Steve about who he is and all the terrible things he had done in the past due to who he is.
Before the war started, Klaus had asked Steve to marry him. Of course, Steve said yes. They got married in secret. The only people who know of their secret relationship/marriage are Klaus older brother, Elijah, his younger sister, Rebekah and Steve's best friend who is like a brother to him, Bucky.
The war happen, Steve became big and is Captain America fighting along side the Howling Commandos. Then Bucky died and Steve went to go after the people who got his brother killed. The day before Klaus came to see his husband. Unknown to Steve, Klaus added a little something to his drink incase Captain America get himself killed in action.
Taken place pre season one of The Originals and in 2011 after Steve was defrosted, pre The Avengers!
