Summary
“Cap’s a beaut, isn’t he?” Yeosang chimed in, making it clear he’d caught the way that Wooyoung’s gaze had gotten stuck on one particular player.
“...Your team captain is Choi San?” Wooyoung asked, barely able to hear his own voice as his heartbeat drowned out every other sound.
“Our team captain is Choi San.”
Well, shit.
As teenagers, whether as teammates or best friends, Wooyoung and San had been inseparable. Which was why, when the lines of their relationship finally bled until they blurred together while traveling for a championship weekend and their euphoria gave out immediately to complete disaster, Wooyoung is left heartbroken, confused, and ashamed.
Now, having spent a few years struggling to get scouted to a collegiate team, Wooyoung is finally feeling some peace when he’s confirmed for one of his top schools. Peace that is completely shattered on the first day of training when the star center and team captain is none other than his own estranged ex-best friend. San is over eager to reconnect but Wooyoung is more than cautious knowing his heart and his future are on the line if whatever he once felt for San affects the team or if the truth about their past makes it out.

Summary
‘Well I’m not saying I have a spare bedroom or anything, I’m not rich. But I do have a living room with a sofa and I think you should sleep there rather than in your car.’ Wooyoung said all of this very matter-of-factly, like it was what anyone would offer.
And Yunho knew from experience, it wasn’t.
Rich boy Jeong Yunho's life is upended when his family lose all their money, sleeping in his car and having to get a minimum-wage job in a cocktail bar to survive. It's there he meets Jung Wooyoung, who gives him a place to sleep.

Summary
“He looks unbearably like an asshole, even for a recruit.”
This is the first solid thought Jung Wooyoung ever has about Choi San. Wooyoung knew his name, which was hardly anything worth mentioning seeing as every living organism on any Jaeger base this side of the Pacific likely knew of Choi San. Originally Wooyoung thought it was because he was insanely talented, but he was quickly learning it was most likely due to the fact that Lieutenant Choi was loud. He commanded attention, though Wooyoung could hardly see anything special about him.
All Wooyoung knew was that they were pinning almost everything on Lieutenant Choi San, and Wooyoung was growing tired of sending pilots off to die.

Summary
"Holy shit," Wooyoung announces the moment his eyes meet the android, walking closer so he could further gape at his features. Seonghwa stands a few inches taller than him, modelesque and perfectly still aside from his timed blinks. "It's even hotter in person."
Seonghwa sends him an artificial frown of confusion, gaze whirring down at him as he gently places the back of his hand against his own forehead.
"I'm only running a few degrees above room temperature," the android claims. "How can I be considered hot?"

As a bitter joke, Hongjoong suggests that his abysmal streak in relationships could only be saved if he decided to, like, date a robot or something.
Little did he know.. androids were on the market. -
