Summary
One anomaly still remained - Sanguinet. He’s worked with him the longest and yet he feels like he’s the most distant with him. Yeah, he didn’t live with him like the other boys, but he wanted to know more about him. He could tell there was a hesitancy to fully immerse himself with the rest of the team. He’d join them for panini’s or go to the bar with them, but Shoresy could see he wasn’t fully there. He has witnessed this behavior both as a teammate but now even more so as a coach. He’s not confident, which frustrates Shoresy to no end. As he has reiterated time and time again, he hates to lose. And he’s losing.

With tear filled eyes and a shaky hand, the small boy grabbed his big brother's hair gel and never looked back. He spent hours in front of the mirror, slicking his hair back in different ways until he was finally satisfied with what he saw. Not a single curl in sight, every strand was laid down nice and straight. He finally looked clean. His mother asked him about the seemingly sudden change in appearance and he just replied that he wanted to be like Cooper. She gave him a sad smile and stroked her little boy’s cheek.
