I added this to my collection of Deckerstar Hurt/Comfort stories, but they are all standalone pieces, so you can read this without having read anything else from the series. If you liked it, I highly recommend reading the rest of the series, though.

She was just… she was out of it, so when Lucifer showed up and she’d told him to rest, she’d had enough. But then he’d said in a smaller voice after he’d raised his at her (at her, and she'd heard him yell at others but never, ever at her), like he was tired and stressed and felt maybe a little like she did, that he couldn’t sleep, she… well, she wanted to help.

There was a knock on the door and Chloe smiled before turning back to her daughter and partner. “Okay, Monkey, be good for Lucifer! And thanks again, Lucifer, really,” she smiled gently at him as she opened the door. “Behave, both of you!” she said playfully before she left, Marcus Pierce at her side.
As the door closed behind her, both Lucifer and Trixie sighed moodily at the same time. With no complaints, Lucifer carried her around the to the front of the couch and sat. They were quiet for a long, long while, until Trixie said softly and with a pout, “My tummy hurts, but in a sad way, not a sick way.”

Summary
As Lucifer walked across the room towards the Detective's desk, he noticed that the figure sitting there was definitely not the Detective. The figure was quite a bit smaller, and much more inclined to sticky hands and impulsive hugs. She, however, didn't seem to notice him and was rather subdued. He thought it was strange to see her so unlike her usually happy and (unfortunately for him) clingy self. So much so, in fact, that he found himself making his way over to her and asking (without thinking or really even being conscious of the act), "What's wrong, child?"
Beatrice Decker jumped and tried to smile at him when she realized who had approached her. "Hi, Lucifer..." she said instead of answering his question.
"Yes," he replied absently, trying to think about anything else but the child in front of him (he couldn't). He watched as she looked down at the table; she didn't even try to hug him as she usually did. "Spawn," he called to get her attention. When she looked up at him, he found himself kneeling down to her level. "What's the matter, darling?" he asked, his voice gentle and soft (so unusual when applied anyone who wasn't his Detective).

This is a challenge Lucifer wouldn’t answer, he loves Evan but Eddie is his soulmate and he can give Buck the life he deserves, they can grow old together and build a life full of laughter, love and children which Lucifer knows Buck truly wants.
He cannot love Buck but oh how he does.
Lucifer falls in love with Buck despite the fact he shouldn't and Buck makes sure that Lucifer and Eddie understand he can love both of them.

The drink Tommy handed to him nearly slipped from Buck's hand. He tried to play it off and took a slow sip. He held that intense gaze like it didn’t affect him.
“Hm, what is it you desire?” Lucifer asked, voice lower now, soft and dark like a blade dragged on silk.
Buck debated on answering the loaded question for a moment.
Finally he answered.
“To feel something real. Something that isn’t forced.”
“~We live with no lies~”
And looking into Lucifer's eyes he could see a matching longing.
“~Hey, hey, and you’re my favorite kind of night~”

They are dressed entirely in black and long, fire-red curls, falling down their back. He hasn’t seen hair like that in millenia, not since-
Lucifer’s eyes widen and he takes a step forward. “Ra-”
“Do not.” He snarls and turns, eyes- bright golden, serpentine, he knows those eyes- boring into him. “That isn’t my name anymore, hasn’t been for a long time.”
The Demon Crowley, Serpent of Eden, is standing in his penthouse room. And his brother is, too.
"Are you aware you have a kid? The Antichrist? Because frankly you’re kind of wasting your time here if you expect the world to end in a few years.”
That’s a lot to take in even for the King of Hell so Lucifer just continues to stare.
