Summary
Sunday gets up from his bed, reaches for the can that Silver Wolf left for him at the bedside table and cracks it open. It's sickeningly sweet and bites at his tongue and turns his stomach into an acid bath. He empties it in one fell swoop nonetheless, then lies back, presses his face into a pillow and wraps himself into a cocoon made of three blankets. There's an itch under his skin that is impossible to scratch, the gnawing pain, the want to be thoroughly beaten up and then forgiven, the need to press his face into the tiny, narrow waist wrapped in silvery wings, the urge to vomit out his wretch of a brain.

Too talented to ask for help, too unwilling to travel with others to just let his ship take him whenever, too lonely to actively seek loneliness - searching for god knows what, that’s what people think of him, and still offer help, and Eddy always refuses.
It’s because he’s young, because he always looks lost, because his ship is shabby on the outside and he's always alone. No one else sees the softest white light pressed into his chest, no one else hears the voice of nothingness talking to him. He doesn’t try to explain it to any of them, either.

The thing is, you could never refuse her. Even worse: she never asks for anything.
The thing is, she’s the best friend you’ve ever had. You will do everything to make sure she won’t leave.
The thing is, you’re ready to wait for her as long as it takes. You’re really good at waiting.
The thing is, you try your damnedest not to be selfish. Considering she was the only thing that kept you alive all these years, it’s pretty damn hard.

Choose a colorful drink, ask your friend to dance; your feelings taste like a multilayered cocktail, and an ice cube melts on your lips, like the kiss you see in your 4 AM hazy dreams.

Needing some fast cash to get out of Port Ormos, Wanderer turns to the world's oldest profession.
Unfortunately, his only customer is Alhaitham.
[Note: This does not contain spoilers for 3.3. It was mostly written before 3.3 release (mostly written before the teaser, as well...), my own take on Wanderer's recovery in Sumeru.]

Summary
This is a project to create a conlang that will expand upon and deepen the Elvhen language that was created for the Bioware game series, Dragon Age. Elvhen, as it is used in the games, is a cipher, not a language. My goal is to create a complete conlang, or at least a simulated conlang, that other fans can use. The goal is to create a constructed language that is to Dragon Age what Sindarin and Quenya are to Lord of the Rings.
I do want to stress that this is a constructed language based upon the limited Elvhen we had encountered within the games. I am not using magical linguistic ninjitsu to "Figure out," the Elvhen language. In terms of the "official," language, consider this linguistic fan-fiction.
This specific work is a collection of my ongoing progress Posts, which you can find on my tumblr (Link below in the notes).

“Oh, no,” Sasha says, in a horrified, delighted sort of way.
“Okay, now I’ve gotta see this,” Tim says, getting up as well.
Martin gets close enough to see the title printed out on the cover in big, blocky text. Team Building Exercises For a Harmonious Workplace.
Tim lets out a bark of laughter as soon as he comes close enough to see it. Jon is holding the book like it’s a piece of garbage he’d very much like to drop into the bin before going to wash his hands, touching it as little as possible.

Summary
“Humans taught you shame,” Knives muses. The back of his knuckles run from cheek to jaw, and then, to the seam where cloth meets skin. He lingers there, nails cutting against Vash’s bare throat. “To abhor your body in the state it is meant to be. Even now, you mimic them. You take their shape to blend in with the masses. Why, dear brother? You are not like them. You never will be. They will spend hundreds, no thousands, of years chasing what you have attained by simply breathing.”
The shirt is torn from him. Thin fibers shred beneath nails, then more easily under his blades. Their cool edge kisses close, beading thin strips of blood in their wake. Vash does not flinch from them, but the night air of the desert is cold. And, with it, he shivers.
“Use your gate,” Knives whispers. He’s wrapped in his. It billows, ethereally, undoubtedly inhuman. “Use your gate, Vash. You will feel no cold.”
He stands there, unmoving and stubborn as ever. Knives sighs and concedes this once.
“Then, use me.”
