It's quite normal for Alphas and Omegas to settle in a nest their Alpha or Omega parents built for them. Leaving a nest like that is even harder because it's familiar and safe, but eventually instincts take over driving them to build their own. Yet for some people, it doesn't happen like it's supposed to.
Phayu has built his company around those people. A nest building architecture company to help clueless Alphas and Omegas built their first nest.

Eddie’s sure his eyes widen comically, almost bursting out of his head. He’s not sure if it’s from Steve’s admittance or how the word ‘cock’ rolls so smoothly off his tongue.

Summary
Steve (reluctantly) and Eddie (not reluctantly) agree to help Robin land another date with a girl after she lies and tells her that Steve and Eddie are dating. Ultimately, Robin needs photo evidence of their relationship, so she plans out a day of fake dates while Nancy helps by taking the pictures. Steve can tell that there's something Robin isn't telling him about, but he can't do too much about it when he's forced to face three years of repressed feelings.

Summary
"It starts out simple. Eddie notices that Steve sometimes spaces out, but no one really pays him much attention. Usually, he’ll try to enter back into the conversation, and he’ll earn a few eye rolls when he has no idea what anyone’s talking about.
But what really haunts Eddie is the way Steve will sometimes be zoned out with his jaw and fists clenched, looking as if he’s reliving the worst of the upside down. He’ll gradually come out of it, and sometimes Robin will nudge him and quietly whisper if he’s okay, but he just shakes it off.
It’s like he has to appear fine in front of everyone, but Eddie gets it. He’s not sure what the group would do if Steve fell apart.
But a few times, he looks like he’s on the verge of it.
One time, he’s far away enough from everyone that Eddie is able to inconspicuously make his way to the former jock and nudge him. 'Penny for your thoughts?' Eddie asks."
Or, the way a dumb phrase and penny go a long way.
