What's it like from the perspective of its non-competing residents and leaders? How will the OSC be working to improve the lives of their citizens going forward?
[Ch. 2] Burning out from the paperwork, OJ wasn't going to attend the meeting that day. Although, his exhaustion was certainly a jumping-off point of their discussion, which ultimately became a watershed moment in how the OSC would function fundamentally going forwards. How would this new way of the OSC affect the daily lives of its citizens?
