Summary
From the way Anakin stood by the solitary desk with systematically deposited flimsies and from the look plastered on his face, he seemed no more welcoming than a midday sun over Tatooine's ceaseless dunes. But Obi-Wan knew better than to draw hasty conclusions.
Or, Obi-Wan would rather ignore this thing between them. But the crude hand of Fate keeps insisting he cannot. That hand might just be Anakin himself. (And while they do have occasional sex together, they always pretend like nothing happened... Maybe this time it'll be different.)

Hey, I know that you said I had to be sure about what I was asking, and I'd like to say that I am, but really, it was just something that popped into my head, so maybe I am not all that sure? Absolutely not.
For starters, it would be a lie. Anakin can admit to himself that he thought about Obi-Wan doing something like this to him for a long time now. He can't pinpoint the exact moment it started, but he knows what he wants: Obi-Wan's spit, in his mouth, from more than just kissing.

“Do what?” Obi-Wan asks, frustrated. His abdomen pangs with tight fullness and again, he tries to pull away.
Anakin holds him fast, though. “Go to the bathroom,” he says. “Just. Do it here. It’s not like there’s a better toilet outside.”
