Picking up her quill to dip it in the inkwell and then place it onto the parchment once again, she leaned forward an inch, gazing with intensity into his eyes.
"Okay, young man," she started quietly. "Who sent you?"

He’s even used to waking up to his phone ringing from an urgent call telling him he’s needed immediately even though it’s three in the morning and he hasn’t had a decent night’s sleep in weeks. What he’s not used to is waking up naked and sore in a bed he doesn’t recognize to someone screeching in his ears. He likes to think that he’s pretty good at rolling with the punches, he has to be in order to survive doing what he does, but this might be stretching it a little.
He distinctly remembers going to sleep in his own bed last night, fully clothed, after finishing his latest batch of paperwork. Did someone move him here while he was asleep? How? He’s not a heavy sleeper, no S-class is with their enhanced senses, so how could somebody have moved him all the way to wherever here is? "No they don't." Yoojin counters.
Yerim immediately proves him wrong by summoning a little ball of water and twisting it into animal shapes.
"I've been practicing!" She says proudly. "What do you think?”
“Wow!” He whispers, looking at the little water-dog doing tricks in the palm of Yerim’s hand. And for a moment he is just a boy discovering magic is real. "Cool!"
"I have powers too hyung!" This strange version of his baby brother says, before summoning an entire ball of fire in his hand.
"Oh my god fire! Put it out!" He screams.
