Impulsiveness doesn’t suit Kira at all. He called it Charlie’s Muggle Goods and Internet Cafe, and from the moment it opened its doors it was as successful as it was controversial. As a half-blood, he was well acquainted with the Muggle maxim of “there’s no such thing as bad publicity.” The various legal and political battles surrounding Furth’s establishment would put this maxim to the test, but nearly 20 years on we can clearly see the immense cultural impact of the importation of Muggle technology and paraphernalia into the Magical world in the late 20th and early 21st centuries.
