    “Go make that face somewhere else,” Dick tells him. “It’s not helpful.”
    “I’m not making a face,” Bruce says, lying baldly.
    “You are making a face,” Jason tells Bruce.
    “It’s not my fault there’s a ghost,” Dick says, arms crossed over his chest like he wants to pout but knows he’s too old for it.
    “I know,” Bruce tells Dick. 
    “So stop making a face at me about the ghost!”
    “I’m right here,” the ghost says.

    “Never said I wasn’t,”  he says, sporting a grin that screams in and of itself, childish.

    “You deny it. All the time.”

    Hal throws his hands up in a ‘what can I say?’ gesture. “A man needs pride and dignity, Bruce. Pride and dignity.”

    Bruce hums. “Must suck that you have neither, then.”

    The scowl he receives in return is worth it. Bruce sighs again. “I’ll send you a check.”
