As soon as possible, we will one hundred percent unpack and sort through every single thing you just said with a fine tooth comb, but right now, I really need your help leaving my wife."
Richie blinked, the shadow of an understandably confused grin creeping onto his lips. "My perfect Wednesday night. Ruining a marriage and a long, drawn out talk about feelings."

“…Buck,” Eddie breathes.
He picks one up.
Hesitates.
This is private.
He knows that.
But Buck’s asleep.
That thought should stop him.
It doesn’t.
He opens it.
And reads.

Sure, they've saved the world, but the best part of that really is that it doesn't end there and in a town where everyone thinks he murdered a girl, he's at least got Steve Harrington and Robin Buckley. It's really not his fault he accidentally starts living at Steve's house, he was invited, after all. There's a mystery too, about Barbara Holland and Steve's pool.
“Your boner is digging into me,” says Robin, and Steve snorts a tired sort of laugh.
“I don’t have a —”
“You do, I can feel it. Gross.”
“Okay, but it’s only a little one,” he says in a small voice which sounds like he’s impersonating someone.
“Are you ever going to let that go? I peed a little bit when the Russians got the torture devices out, okay?” She sounds amused, though.
Eddie jolts. “Russian torture devices?”
Robin carries on like she didn’t hear him but Steve catches his eye and he’s grinning. “How do you even have a boner dude? You were definitely having a nightmare I know your twitching means a nightmare… Did you have a boner over Vecna?”

Something is wrong. Stan waits for him to tell him. Like he always does. Big and fast and explosive with his words. Stan waits and waits and waits, and it never comes.
Richie can’t keep a secret.
It’s big. It must be. Something big enough that he’s keeping it from Stan. Stan is a bit annoyed by the secrecy of it all. Richie is a blabbermouth, but the one time Stan is actually curious, the boy does not speak on it. Not even to him—his best friend.
Stan has a few guesses. A suspicion he can’t voice out loud. An idea of what could be happening with Richie. But if he’s wrong—it’s a type of hurt Richie won’t be able to come back from because it came from Stan.
Richie has a crush.
On one of them.

Summary
Richie coaxes the other Losers into a game of Spin the Bottle. It backfires on him spectacularly, forcing him to confront Feelings which have gone unspoken and largely unacknowledged even in his private thoughts, but it has interesting side effects on his and Stan's friendship. Whatever the results, Richie will go to his grave swearing it's all Bev's fault.

A year and a half after Derry, Eddie packs up and makes his way to the second annual losers holiday gathering. Things have been awkward, though, since last year, and he hasn't seen Richie in months.
Then, due to Bev's interference, Richie and Eddie get stuck in the cabin, alone together, for the first time since last Christmas. And then they get snowed in overnight. Which is fine. It's probably fine. Just because Richie will barely talk to him - it doesn't matter. It's going to be fine.
