His strength is undisputed as well, but that is not a distinction in his profession. In neither of them... All Dock 1 shipwrights are proud of their valor, of how well they can defend their city from filthy pirates (and in the case of one specific shipwright - from creditors). But nobody in Water 7 ever doubts that Kaku is fair, trustworthy, and courteous.

Sanji drums his fingers absently on the armrest closest to the man called Donquixote Doflamingo and purses his lips. He gauges the man’s expression. Expectant, curious. He hates it. He hates seeing shades of himself mirrored in his face. The set of his eyes behind lightly tinted shades, the sharp slope of his nose. He hates him.
“Hurts,” he admits.

He loves how still the air is, silent enough to hear a pin drop. It’s nostalgic in some ways, with the scent of smoke nearby, the flash of blond in his periphery, how the nearest sound is the dull chatter outside of their private dining room.
“No,” Sanji answers. “I didn’t.”
Doflamingo spears the fish with his fork. He sets down his knife and leans back, gesturing Sanji closer with the hand nearest him with the bluefin-loaded fork aloft in the other.
“Go on,” he urges. “See for yourself.”
