It didn’t matter that the idea of lacking a gender felt freeing. It didn’t matter that calling himself a boy and only that felt restricting. It didn’t matter that he was vaguely uncomfortable with who he was, because he was just overthinking it. If he stopped worrying about it, the feeling would go away and he could go back to being normal again.
Ranboo found, laying on the couch, face shoved in a throw pillow, the thought wouldn’t leave his mind. He groaned, pushing the edges of the pillow up around his ears. He just wanted some peace and quiet in his overactive brain. He wanted to stop being insecure about who he was. He wanted to just be normal Ranboo and live his normal life and not have to think any harder about it.
But here he was.
