Summary
Qin plays sad chords on a Bangkok street corner for some coins and a button. Duang, a potter with clay under his fingernails and glasses that never stay straight, sits down on the pavement and doesn't leave Qin.
They fall in love in a pottery studio at midnight, on a rooftop with bad whiskey, in the spaces between forgetting there was ever a before.
But August has never been so kind.
