Now every now and then, Her or a team member would get injured in the field. This meant not only they had to get checked and cleared, but then there was the paperwork and incident reports. All things that would fall on her, reflect on her leading. She understood very well how to lead, how to take control. It was how she was raised. Times like these, where she was back in the field as not only an agent but the section chief, it felt as if the weight of the world was on her shoulders alone.

Summary
