EDIT: TO BE CONTINUED AGAIN (eventually). I know I haven’t updated in years but I plan to sometime. (Sorry I lied when I said a few months)
A soulmate au where if you write/draw on yourself it appears on your soulmate's skin. However Shinsou isn't ready to be found, and gives his soulmate his number so he'll stop writing on him already. Set like.. After season three but not caught up with manga for a rough timeline.

"He’s been hounding me all day ever since he found out I was sick-sho…” Makishima groaned, before peeking his eyes out from his hands. “Can someone answer for me? Tell him I’m in bed and asleep, or something, I just want him off my case.”
“I’ll do it,” Junta volunteered, reaching for the cellphone before his hand stopped. A devious thought crossed his mind, one that he can’t say he was proud of, but damn if he wasn’t going to act upon it.
“Well?” Makishima said, glaring slightly. “Answer it.”
“Of course, Makishima-san.” He cooed, picking up the phone and hitting the ‘Answer’ button. “Hello?”
“Ah, Teshima-kun!” Toudou’s high, sharp voice cut through the speakers, “is Maki-chan there? I heard he came to school sick, and I want to make sure he gets home safe and such!”
“Of course, Toudou-san, I’ll hand the phone to Makishima-san now.” He couldn’t help the sly smirk that crossed his features at Makishima’s horrified facial expression, but instead of handing the phone over to him, he simply raised it back up to his ear, murmuring, “Hello?” in his now somewhat famous(or infamous, depending on who you ask) Makishima impression.

Summary
The very first generation of Quirked Individuals had it rough. With the appearance of these mysterious superpowers known as Quirks, those who have acquired them have been subject to heavy discrimination. A school known as Yuuei is built under the guise of being a safe haven for the Quirked, but is in reality, a way for the Quirkless to keep Quirked individuals in one place, so they are easier to contain.
Izuku Midoriya dreams of bringing an end to these hostilities, and does everything he can to help people who suffer from prejudice and discrimination, regardless of their status as Quirked or Quirkless. Denied entry to Yuuei, he willingly accepts the Quirk One For All - Solely to help his Quirked friends, and to stand against prejudice with them.
Faced with a world that hates and fears them, Izuku, born Quirkless, Mina Ashido, a girl born with physical features that can never be hidden, and Katsuki Bakugou, Izuku's childhood friend and partner against Quirkless prejudice, work with Ochako Uraraka and Shouto Todoroki, two Quirked people Izuku has saved, along with others to become the worlds very first generation of Heroes, to change this world's hatred and negative perception of Quirks.

Summary
Midoriya Izuku has always been written off as weird. As if it's not bad enough to be the quirkless weakling, he has to be the weird quirkless weakling on top of it.
But truthfully, the "weird" part is the only part that's accurate. He's determined not to be a weakling, and in spite of what it says on paper, he's not actually quirkless. Even before meeting All-Might and taking on the power of One For All, Izuku isn't quirkless.
Not that anyone would believe it if he told them.
