Summary
This was not what Grimhilde had in mind when she whispered those promises to herself, page by page, that night nearly 18 years ago. Or when she imagined the fully-baked cackle that her daughter would emit sitting next to her on their thrones. Or even when she had been tempted to abandon a newborn Evie with Gothel. But if her Evilette – a modelesque entrepreneur with the fashion industry wrapped around her finger – was pleased, then how could anything else matter?

It's been a year since she’s seen him and like everything these days, their dynamics are… different. His parents like her, kissing isn’t as daunting, sleeping over is a new prospect and maybe his new friend, really is just a friend. Neither of them are completely sure where they’re headed, but they must be going in the right direction.

Summary
Doug felt Dopey. Of course Evie—the daughter of his familial sworn enemy—who had magic and was from the Isle of the Lost wouldn’t say anything about his choice in literature. A smile almost appeared across his face until he realized all of what she just said.
“Wait, who hates you?”

Summary
With a matter of weeks before August 13th, 19-year-old Ben is facing the heat of his highly anticipated wedding. But as the head of the country, there’s no backing out. Especially not when “sovereign duty” was shoved down his throat since his christening. The people-pleasing King and emotionally lost Lady of the Court begin to understand that free will in King Beast’s shoes does not exist.

Summary
“Her answer was nonverbal. It was short. And in the minutes after, she couldn’t seem to process what she had just agreed to. For someone who had been trained to keep a straight spine, she never seemed to have the bone structure when her three friends were around.”

Summary
Doug is a character who I believe deserved more from the franchise. He, like many other characters should have gotten more development. This series is a collection of backstories and Doug centric fics. Evie will likely make appearances.
