At first, it was simple gratitude. Gratitude that she didn't have to leave her house, to brave the crowds and the chaos at her local grocery store. Instead, she could stay in the comfort and safety of her home, watch the items being ticked off her list, and then greet the person delivering them with a smile and a few words of thanks, before returning to her words and her works once more.
After all, the work was all. Her poems, everything that mattered.
Until, slowly, gradually, it wasn't. And… they weren't.

She began to notice that one name - a woman with the somewhat improbable name of Jilly Dean - was coming up more and more often as her shopper.
The few words of thanks began to become longer and longer, the desire to see, to be seen, to interact longer and longer, until at last, there was an invitation offered - no pressure, of course!! - and, to her delight, accepted.
Now, she just had to go. To see. And be seen.
