exactly what the title says - ochako uraraka fics i've written which either feature her as, a, the main protagonist and/or female lead, or, b, as an influential or important character when it comes to main character or protagonist.

(basically, any fics where she's the ONLY main character, female lead or an significant character)

(which means, this series includes more than half of my fics)

    Summary

    Nocturne.

The villain that turned Ochako Uraraka's already dumpster mess of a life into a burning garbage heap.

She was a hero, yes, but not one of the famous and glamorous heroes that her friends were. No. She often worked behind the scenes- dealing with covert rescue operations, intel gathering, and other secretive cases that other agencies refused to take on. The worst part about it was the fact that she never seemed to get a break. She practically worked from dawn to night, and being sleepless seemed to be constant for her.

She still had her friends, yes, but she hardly got the chance to see them due to her work, yet they never seemed to try and make time out of their less busy schedules and reach out to her. Her closest friends, Mina and Tsu, were the only stable friends in her life.

But with Nocturne, first becoming a secret mission for her turning into her greatest fear and enemy, there might be more to him that meets the eye to others. See, he targeted exhausted and disillusioned heroes, so of course, Ochako was a good target for him.

And how much longer would it be until she broke, just like he wanted her to.

    Summary

“Are you not happy here, and now?”

The question is simple enough, but her answer is a little bit more complicated.

“Does it matter? One day I’ll wake up, and you’ll be gone, and I’ll be alone.”

“I won’t forget you, Ochako-chan, even if you do go.” He doesn't unravel himself from around her, instead — he pulls her closer, pulls her tighter, and she almost believes him. “No matter how far, no matter how many realities, I’ll always find you.”

Every novel has the usual cast: a gorgeous heroine, handsome boys vying for her attention, a system of astonishing power, and a homely best friend at the heroine’s side.

Enter Uraraka Ochako — an ordinary student and avid reader of internet novels. She's all too familiar with these tropes and after waking up in a whole new world, she finds herself coming face to face with them...stuck in a story she didn’t get to finish before falling asleep.

    Summary

“Well,” Dr. Koshiro said, returning them to his office. “Looks like Miss Ochako here has quite the powerful Quirk: anti-gravity.”

Mr. and Mrs. Uraraka shared a look.

“Nothing else came up?” Mrs. Uraraka asked.

    “Were you expecting something else?”

“Yeah,” Ochako piped up. “We wanna know how come, um, I can see people Mama and Papa can’t see?”

“Oh?” Dr. Koshiro said. “Like who?”

“Like the lady behind you,” she said.

Or, Ochako can see ghosts thanks to a generational curse caused by her no-good ancestor failing to help out a shaman. She decided to do what any sensible girl would do: monetize it. It proved to be successful thanks to the growing popularity of Musutafu's urban legends.

But when she realized that she can make even more money using her Quirk, she sets her sights on becoming a Pro-Hero. The problem? She can’t afford the supplementary classes needed to get into a school like U.A.

So when she stumbled upon the ghost of Shimura Nana, a relatively unknown, but powerful Pro-Hero who needs to find her son in order to finally pass on, she’s got her free ticket to U.A.

That's what she first thought, at least.
