The knocking continued persistently as he went to unlock it. It stopped when he heard the click, and then Suguru was opening the door.
Satoru barreled through the door as soon as the knob turned, as though he also had a hand on it, pushing it open. Suguru scrambled back from the door, and Satoru threw himself into Suguru’s arms with so much force that Suguru stumbled a few steps until his back hit the wall.
“Holy shit, Satoru,” he shouted, hands coming up to grasp his arms. “You animal, what the hell are you doing!”

“But he’s already seen me with Suguru!” Amanai says brightly. “Besides, I’m good with it.” She grins at Suguru, wrapping her arms around his bicep and fluttering her eyelashes at him. Suguru merely smiles politely at her. “You’d make a pretty good boyfriend.”
Something about this pisses Satoru off.
“That’s so unrealistic, why would Suguru date someone like this brat?” Satoru says, petulant, poking her in the cheek just to make her mad. She attempts to bite his finger off like a child.
Something in the air shifts and Suguru’s lips quirk into a teasing smirk. He goes from apprehensive to enthusiastic about the plan in less than five seconds and spares Satoru a knowing, mischievous glance.
"I’d love to be your boyfriend, Riko-chan.” He says in that fake, respectful tone of his, looking directly at Satoru.
Satoru seethes.
When Amanai is suspected to have a stalker, Suguru is forced into pretending to be her boyfriend to draw him out. Too bad he and Satoru are in the middle of a game of gay chicken, hoping the other one breaks first, using each other's jealousy against each other.

Satoru pouts, his pink cheeks puffing up, and crosses his arms. He's cute, sat cross legged and picking at the browning grass by Suguru's sun lounger. The way his skimpy shorts stretch over his thighs has a pleasant heat stirring in Suguru's core.
Or - it would be pleasant, if it wasn't currently 95 degrees Fahrenheit out. Now, if anything, it's frustrating, the way every fiber of his being yearns for Satoru, especially since it's far too hot to actually do anything about it. He's tempted to throw the boy over his shoulder and drag him into the bedroom, but he knows it's just as hot inside, if not hotter. Quite frankly, it's just unfair; Satoru shouldn't look this good while it's a bonafide health hazard to fuck him.

Suguru perks up at the sound of Satoru’s voice, paling slightly when he takes in the expression on his face.
He has one of those looks, the one that tells Suguru the next words that will come out his mouth will either be absolutely brilliant, or the worst thing he’s ever heard.
Suguru gulps slightly, his palms suddenly feeling clammy. He wipes them on his thighs before letting his finger trace the rim of his glass. “What is it?”
“You can take me!” he beams, a magnificent smile spreading across his lips. “I’ll be your boyfriend!”
If Suguru could see his reflection right now, he would probably look as pale as Satoru.
A smoke signal, a flare gun going off, someone coming up to him and blatantly saying, ‘Hey, your best friend is about to say something really fucking crazy’, anything would have been nice to prepare Suguru for this.
“What?” Suguru croaks.
