Summary
Thinking back to the man that Izuru Kamukura used to be was a feat even he could not accomplish.
Being able to experience a day in the life of whom he was before sounded like a luxury. Just a day, that was all he wished for. Just one day would be enough.
Maybe then he would know whether or not giving up who he was entirely for the sake of talent was worth it. Was becoming the very symbol of hope worth all of this?
In the back of his mind, amongst his forever racing thoughts, he knew vaguely of the boy who'd destroyed himself out of his love for talent. Hajime Hinata. He only knew the name.
Ugh, what a dweeb.
He'd never hated someone more.
But, he couldn't hate the person who did this to him that much. After all, he knew a person scarily similar; someone with such an admiration for talent that he'd follow the epitome of it to the ends of the Earth.
Servant would follow him wherever he wanted to go. Of this, Kamukura was certain.

Summary
Izuru Kamukura is a king on his throne, a cruel tyrant who spares no mercy for those he crushes under his iron fist. Nagito Komaeda is just his court jester. That’s how it’s always been; master and servant, owner and pet.
“Do you ever think about killing me?”
“No.” It comes out so fast that it’s sure to be a lie. Izuru knows it’s a lie. Servant knows he knows. “Of course not,” he says, a bit slower.
Izuru winds his chain around his hand one more time, keeping him close enough to feel his breath on his face. “How would you do it?” There is no hint of amusement on his face, no smirk or smile, no lighthearted glint in his eyes. This is not a joke, Servant realizes, and he has to answer.
So Servant clears his throat and murmurs, “with my hands.”

Summary
Moving is scary. It always has been for Makoto. He was afraid when he moved to the city for university, afraid when he moved again for work… and now that he’s moving to the middle of nowhere, to the quaint little town he’s only visited a few times in his life, he’s not just afraid, in fact, he’s terrified.
He and Komaru’s grandparents owned a farm out on the southern coast before they passed on. First, it was their grandmother a few years ago, and now their grandfather just last month… there was nobody left to take care of the place. So the Naegi siblings stepped up.
And they’re on their way there now.
The purr of the engine is the only thing louder than Makoto’s own heartbeat in his ears. Komaru is driving the car, and since they got back on the road this morning, neither of them have said a word to each other. (It was a long trip; they were coming from the midwest, after all. They were bound to make a few pit stops, and neither one of them were particularly keen on driving all night.)
But they’d be arriving today, in less than 30 minutes, somewhere they hadn’t been since they were kids: Stardew Valley.
