Summary
Now at the age of nineteen, Kim Dokja isn't naive.
He knows that he is in love with Joonghyuk-hyung.
He also knows that his hyung doesn't feel the same.
Joonghyuk-hyung says that he doesn't have to do anything and that he will protect him, but Kim Dokja isn't satisfied with that. These days, all he can do is keep the house in order, now that his university is destroyed and Kim Dokja has this odd affliction he can't let anyone else find out about.
It is not a bad life. If anything, he loves it.
Living together with Joonghyuk-hyung like this— not having to worry about classes anymore, having all the freedom to read, and not even having to worry about blood is wonderful… even if it means being really close to his hyung to drink from him and having a certain fire alight within him as he feeds. He has a better life than most people.
Still, Kim Dokja can't help but want more, despite already having everything.
Even before their world plunged into an eternal night overcome by monsters, Kim Dokja has always wanted Yoo Joonghyuk.
