This turns out to be such a good idea he drafts it to his team and suddenly he's moonlighting as a rock singer in a band that's rising in popularity. Maintaining a new "secret" identity is easy enough, and he's having a lot of fun!
Unfortunately for Tim, it seems he's a bit TOO good at the secret identity thing, because his family doesn't seem to realize that it's him.
Ugh, this is just proving his point.

Akutagawa was an independent worker. he had never chosen to work with a team, and he was very confidant that given the choice, the Armed Detective Agency wouldn't have worked with him either. They didn't have any sort of obligation to him, just like he had none to them. That didn't mean it doesn't sting when they ignore his injuries in favor of someone else's though, just because they were a bit worse.
OR
The five times Akutagawa's injuries were ignored because someone else's were worse, and the one time someone realized just how bad things were.

It waddled, and it had downy brown wings that spread out to the sides for balance, and its bill was a healthy black-tipped yellow, sure-- but it also had a turtle shell on its back, coated with humus and mushrooms. Tiny pseudoteeth along the edge of its beak. Presence.
Las Nevadas had wrestled it onto the casino floor, had hissed in thwarted offense when Quackity called her away from her new toy. Thank fuck she’d clamored up Quackity’s shoulders instead of lunging for the kill, or there might have been serious damage done.

Summary
For a second Tubbo stays looking forward, professionally keeping his attention on desk guy, even though he’s just about at his wits end. He’s running a reputable business here, even if Ranboo’s not here anymore. He’s still a reputable detective for Prime’s sake!
But Desk Guy isn’t saying anything, just pantomiming confusion over Tubbo’s shoulder at what he now has to guess is a someone. So Tubbo turns, jerky in a way not so mild annoyance can cause, and freezes the second he sees who Desk Guy is looking at.
And oh. Las Nevadas. The name of the fairy city his older brother used to tell him about, before he got too old for bedtime stories.
Because sure as sunrise, that’s Quackity standing there. That’s his brother standing there, frozen looking back at him and meeting his eyes for the first time in five years, looking just as flabbergasted as Tubbo feels.
